This Refund Policy applies to every purchase made on ensidex.com from ENSIDEX LLC, Wyoming, United States. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital products and software licences
Downloadable templates and software licences (including the Entix annual licences) are delivered instantly or activated within one business day. Because digital goods cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download link or licence has been delivered. This matches the "no returns" policy we declare to Google Merchant Center.
If a file is defective or a licence fails to activate, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we will fix it or refund in full.
2. Fixed-scope services
- Before production starts — you may cancel for a full refund. Production starts when we confirm your onboarding inputs and lock the direction with you.
- After production starts — amounts for work already performed are non-refundable. If we cannot deliver the written scope, we refund the undelivered part.
- Revisions are provided within the scope and the number of rounds stated on each product page.
3. Subscriptions
Cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is not refunded.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. There is no refund fee.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
