This Delivery Policy describes how purchases from ENSIDEX LLC on ensidex.com are delivered.
1. Digital delivery only
All products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping, and delivery is free.
2. Delivery times
- Digital downloads: instant — on the confirmation page, by email, and in your account.
- Software licences: activated within 1 business day of payment and confirmed by email.
- Services: within the delivery time shown on each product page, starting after we receive your onboarding inputs.
3. Where we deliver
We serve customers worldwide online. Our Google Merchant Center listings currently target the United States.
4. Your account
Everything you buy is available at ensidex.com/account — email sign-in, no password. Files stay available for at least 12 months after delivery.
5. Delays
If a delivery is going to be late, we tell you before the window ends, with the new date and the reason. Missing inputs pause the delivery window until they arrive.
