These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website ensidex.com (the "Site") and the services, packages, and digital products offered on it (collectively, the "Services"), operated by ENSIDEX LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States ("ENSIDEX", "we", "us"). By using the Site or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services & Store Purchases
Packages sold on the Site are fixed-scope professional services or software subscriptions. Each package page describes its scope, deliverables, included bonuses, and indicative delivery timeframe. Scope is confirmed by email after checkout; production begins after we receive the inputs described in that confirmation.
- One-time packages are delivered once and owned by you upon full payment.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Entix annual products are software licenses billed annually.
2. Payments, Receipts & Taxes
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are listed in USD and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction. An official receipt is issued for every purchase.
3. Revisions & Acceptance
Creative direction is locked with you early in each engagement. We then provide revisions within the stated scope until your written approval. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Deliverables are deemed accepted seven (7) days after handoff unless you notify us of a defect within that period.
4. Refunds
Because our packages are custom professional work, amounts paid for work already performed are non-refundable. If production has not started, contact us at [email protected] and we will work out a fair resolution, which may include a full refund. Subscription cancellations stop future charges but do not refund the current period. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
5. Your Inputs & Conduct
You warrant that any materials you provide (photos, logos, text, data) are yours to use and do not infringe third-party rights. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, excluding third-party assets (e.g., licensed fonts or stock) which remain subject to their own licenses, and excluding our pre-existing tools, systems, and know-how, which we retain. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery. The Site, its design, and its content are the property of ENSIDEX LLC.
7. AI-Assisted Production
Our production pipeline may use artificial-intelligence tooling under human direction and review. Deliverables described as AI personas or AI-generated media are clearly identified as such.
8. Third-Party Services
The Site links to and integrates third-party services (including Stripe for payments, WhatsApp for messaging, and hosted platforms for client sites). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Our Services include social media scheduling and publishing. When you connect and authorize a social account, you instruct and authorize ENSIDEX to schedule and publish content to that account on your behalf. Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms, and you are responsible for ensuring the content you submit complies with those terms.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENSIDEX LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
