This Privacy Policy explains how ENSIDEX LLC ("ENSIDEX", "we", "us"), Wyoming, United States, collects and uses information when you visit ensidex.com or its subdomains (the "Site"), purchase our services, or connect social media accounts to our publishing tools.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact form: your name/company, project description, and email address — used solely to respond to your request.
- Purchases: checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and order details; we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Chat & messaging: messages you send via the on-site chat or WhatsApp are processed to answer you. WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta's own terms.
- Social account connections: described in Section 4 below.
- Technical basics: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs for security and delivery. We currently run no advertising trackers on the Site.
- Local storage: we store your language preference (English/Arabic) in your browser. No tracking cookies are set by us.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and deliver the services you request, respond to inquiries, send order confirmations and receipts, perform the publishing you authorize, protect the Site from abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Emails
Transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, project communication) are sent via our email processor (Resend) from ensidex.com addresses. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and any such email would include an unsubscribe option.
4. Social Media Integrations & Publishing on Your Behalf
When you connect a social media account (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube/Google, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Pinterest, Threads) to use our content scheduling and publishing service, we access and store the OAuth authorization tokens and basic profile information (display name, avatar, account ID) required to schedule and publish the content you approve, on your behalf. We use this information solely to perform the scheduling and publishing you request. We never sell it. You may disconnect any account at any time; upon disconnection we delete the associated tokens.
- TikTok: our use of information received from TikTok's APIs adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Usage Guidelines.
- Google / YouTube: our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram): our use complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
5. Third-Party Processors
We share data only with processors needed to run the Services: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Resend (email delivery), Google Workspace (business email), Meta/WhatsApp (messaging, if you choose to contact us there), and social media platforms via their official APIs (TikTok, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Pinterest, Threads) — accessed only when you connect an account for publishing. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
6. Data Retention
We keep project communications and order records as long as needed to deliver the Services and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Social OAuth tokens are deleted upon account disconnection.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The Site is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. International Transfers
We operate from the United States; by using the Site you understand your data may be processed in the US and other countries where our processors operate, with appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
