Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of any personal data ENSIDEX holds about you — including data received when you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X, LinkedIn or others) to our scheduling and publishing service.

1. Disconnect a social account (immediate)

1. Remove ENSIDEX's access from the platform itself: Facebook/Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove ENSIDEX. TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions. Google → myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access.
2. Once access is revoked or the account is disconnected from our service, we delete the associated OAuth tokens.

2. Request full data deletion

Email us and we will delete your data and confirm completion within 30 days:

• Email: [email protected] — subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Include the email address or social account handle you used with our service so we can locate your records.

3. What gets deleted

OAuth tokens, basic profile information (display name, avatar, account ID), scheduled and draft content stored on our systems, and contact records — except records we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoices/tax records), which are kept only for the legally mandated period.
