Short version: we don't do tracking cookies.
1. What we store
- Language preference: your English/Arabic choice is saved in your browser's local storage (key: ensidex-lang). It never leaves your device.
- Operational security cookies: our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly-necessary cookies for security and bot protection. These are not used for advertising.
- Checkout: when you buy, Stripe's checkout pages may set their own cookies under Stripe's policy.
- Chat session id: the Elara chat widget stores a random anonymous session id in local storage (key: elara-sid) so the conversation stays continuous. It contains no personal data.
- Shopping cart: items you add to the cart are stored in your browser's local storage (key: ensidex-cart-v1) until you order or clear them. They never leave your device.
2. What we don't do
No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels. We use Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP, usage statistics only — pages visited, rough region, device type) to understand what to improve; GA sets its own cookies under Google's policy. Everything else stays off.
